GharSathi is a free property due diligence tool built for Pune homebuyers. It helps you verify a property's RERA registration, check builder track records, scan for fraud news, and assess area safety — all in one place, in under 30 seconds.

Why we built this

Buying a home is the biggest financial decision most families make. Yet most buyers have no easy way to verify a builder's credibility, check for RERA violations, or understand if the asking price is fair. GharSathi was built to fix that — for free.
